Cancellations, Returns,Refunds and Warranty
1) We, here at ___ understand that in certain situations the User may have to Cancel the order or return a product. In some exceptional cases We also allow refunds. Therefore We request you to go through Our Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds Policy.
2) We offer Returns for products provided that:
a) The product must include a valid original purchase order number from ___.
b) Products must be returned in their original packaging without any contents missing.
c) If a User wants to return a product without the original packaging and with contents missing, then a fee of Rs. ___ shall be collected from such User.
d) Return shipping expenses shall be borne by the User.
e) Customer will be given a Product Refund. Shipping & Handling fees will NOT be refunded.
3) Any order placed on our Website can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order on the Website and making the payment, provided the Product has not been already shipped to You. If the User wishes to cancel an order, the User shall drop an email at ___ with the order number sent through the email requesting cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted. Every cancellation request shall be made within 7 days of receipt of the Product, failing which the cancellation request will not be entertained.
4) When You are sending a cancellation request to Us, you are required to email Us with the images of defective Product at ___., along with Your details including Name, Address and Order Number.
5) If any order is returned to Us due to the unavailability of the User/Customer, We shall reach out to the Customer, and try to resend the shipment for an additional shipment fee. If the Customer is not able to receive the item after two (2) attempts, We shall retain 20% of the Payment as cancellation fees and cancel the order and refund 80% of the total transaction price to the Customer.
6) You understand that any refund claims is valid, provided the item is unused and is in the same condition as when delivered with all packaging and tags intact.
7) No refunds shall apply on certain products.
8) Once a refund claim has been approved, it shall be Your responsibility to pack the Product properly and send it to the Seller with the tags, bills and invoices. Once the Seller confirms the receipt of Product in good condition, the amount shall be refunded to You within __ working days directly to the account You paid with.
Note: We suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. We will not be liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery.
We offer limited lifetime warranty for all Our Products. Only those products that are considered as ‘defects’ will be covered by warranty. Any flaw or imperfection that that occurs during or because of the production process shall come within the scope and ambit of defect.
It should be noted that this warranty does not cover, accidental drops or anything of the like nature caused by the owner.
Our liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed and shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
